They may well be exceptional vets with paying owners of domestic pets, but my experience with reception on Saturday after finding an injured ring tail possum was disgraceful. When I phoned and asked if they were able to provide assistance the receptionist ummed and ahhed I said "i take it that's a no then "? She replied with "sorry" I then hung up. I eventually took it out to Bonorong sanctuary myself. Very disappointed
Usually I take my 4 animals here to see Damian (who is an amazing vet) and my immediate family take all 6 of their animals however when calling to book an appointment was treated very rudely by the phone staff for trying to get them in the same day by saying “they have lots of loyal customers” then pretty much hung up on me. Took them somewhere else and very disappointed after 10 years of visiting there.
Highly recommend. Fantastic with our animals and reasonably priced.
