For anyone considering ESVR as a management company, I want to share our experience. We had numerous lease violations this summer. Some resulted in property damage, and others involved over-occupancy that ESVR themselves pointed out could put our Short Term Rental License at risk. In our view, these issues were not addressed to our satisfaction. We are no longer using ESVR as our management company; as such, I requested the return of our house key. We have been using ESVR for our vacation rentals for many years now and we have nothing but great memories at all of their rentals. Very few issues ever came up but, they were resolved quickly and efficiently. Bryan and Sarah are the best! We will continue using ESVR for our vacation needs.
Oyster Haven rental is a great house, plenty of bedrooms for our large extended family. Some things I would recommend is - a 2nd full size refrigerator, maybe on the screen porch, with an occupancy of 16 people a 2nd fridge at the main house would be helpful. The sliding doors out to the front porch are in need of something, they were very difficult to open. The new pool is amazing ample seating for everyone, shade from the umbrellas provided were helpful. You need better landscaping around the pool and maybe a deck of the b... read more
Peaceful setting. Kitchen was well equipped making for a pleasant stay. Pool and hot tub were wonderful.
