Lot of ppl there sick. And after you were seen, they sent you back to the waiting room with well people. Everyone at that point was getting affected. One person was thrown up and coughing everywhere they didn't separate them but had them all in the open with everyone. This place terrible.
Do O'Connor and his team were great! Super appreciative to them for their services today. Urgent care is super clean, quick service and thorough. Can not thank them enough!
Very grateful to have them in Chestertown. Love their holiday decorations too!
Staff was polite but understaffed. My mom was asked what she was being seen for at the window with a room full of people.BIG NO..HAD TO CALL LATER BECAUSE they called in a horse pill that I told the dr my mom could not take.. And with acute cellulitis, that is weeping. Yellowish discharge you should be on two types of medicine.. I think they need to update the doctors... And then when I called to talk to someone it was like they were making the decision..please have dr call me. There was a another women there with a tick bit... read more
I’ve waited for over an hour and a half before being told that my daughter couldn’t be seen that day. I’ve also tried to get in when I was visibly in pain and the receptionist locked the door when she saw me walking up the sidewalk. It was 15 minutes until they closed and she clearly didn’t want her holiday weekend messed with. Don’t work in the healthcare industry if you aren’t willing to help people.
