The doctors have been great at Eastville. The rest of the staff is absolutely abhorrent. The level of disrespect, lying/trickery (making fake appointments, changing information in my file, verbally disrespectful, the list goes on!) is disturbing. The fact that these issues have continued despite talking to people at the corporate office numerous times over the last 4 years speaks LOUDLY of the severe lack of professionalism by the management and administrators.
