Outstanding primary care facility that I've used for over 20 years. Staff is highly competent, professional, and welcoming although dealing with the common problems that affect our health care system generally such as longer wait times for appointments. Fees are on a sliding scale based on income.
Honestly, there are some people who work there who are truly great. But the fact that it takes 4 days for someone to find out if they have step throat or not is absolutely outrageous. This is the 2nd horrible experience I have had with Eastern shore rural health. I have been extremely ill since Wednesday when I went into the doctor's office, after my appointment, it got worse and worse and worse. I called and let the doctor know that my symptoms have gotten worse and I was told that they were waiting on my strep results. How... read more
