Before I started my sessions with Pam I made the choice to live a better, healthier life. I knew very little about how Rolfing worked. After 5 sessions I am much more limber and aware of my body strength. She is never I’m a hurry, nor is she rushed in any way. Never underestimate the power of fascia manipulation! I visited Eastern Shore Rolfing in hopes of relieving shoulder pain and avoiding surgery after ignoring an old injury for years. I was stunned and overjoyed when I had almost complete mobility in my arm after only one session! Pam quickly and expertly targeted the issue, relieving secondary problem areas as well. I can’t say enough about this process and Eastern Shore Rolfing.
Pam has been an amazing practitioner! Not only is she good at what she does, she will make sure you are heard and your needs are met. She has tremendously helped my TMJ and neck tension, improving my posture and stance in the process. I'm not in the pain I was before I started her sessions and my body feels overall more open and relaxed. Her location is clean and modern. I highly recommend her Rolfing services!
