ESPC is an AMAZING training facility. As a family owned gym, it is clear that they value community and helping you reach your goals in a safe and positive environment. The trainers are literally amazing, always going above and beyond to help each client gain the most from their class experience. Finding this community has been a blessing. Coach Evan has been a game changer when it comes to the KIHS girls lacrosse team in the preseason. Their flexibility in scheduling and specific athletic programming has been a huge asset for all of the athletes. Evan is a great leader and motivator- and the gym is the perfect space for training.
I’ve been coming consistently for 5 years. I can’t say enough good things about the community here. Such an amazing and supportive gym!
