ESPC is best gym I have ever been a member of. I tried a C3 class a few months ago, then immediately bought an 8-class pack, then immediately bought an unlimited pass. Classes are beginner friendly. Workouts are varied, flexible, and emphasize safe and proper technique. In just 4 months, I'm feeling super strong, full of energy, and productive as ever. I can't get enough! 💪 I cannot say enough good about Kendra, Evan, and the ESPC community. Try it out!
ESPC is an AMAZING training facility. As a family owned gym, it is clear that they value community and helping you reach your goals in a safe and positive environment. The trainers are literally amazing, always going above and beyond to help each client gain the most from their class experience. Finding this community has been a blessing. Coach Evan has been a game changer when it comes to the KIHS girls lacrosse team in the preseason. Their flexibility in scheduling and specific athletic programming has been a huge asset for all of the athletes. Evan is a great leader and motivator- and the gym is the perfect space for training.
