I only didn't give a one star review because I have overall had a good experience with the medical staff I have met with. I am not surprised to see a 2.6 star rating or common theme of poor communication. I have unfortunately experienced a miscarriage which is very new for me and had a lot of questions/ things I was checking in on. I have often tried calling the nurses' line and messaged through the portal and it feels like pulling teeth to get people to respond to my questions and concerns in a timely manor. I wish I can press a -0 star! DO NOT USE THIS PLACE!! I had an appointment canceled without my consent. Mind you, you cannot talk to a human being just a silly machine. And if you leave a massage it might take them several at least 2 days to get back to you. I had several issues with a miscarriage I had and while they were taking care of me I almost died. Let me bleeding for 3 month straight waiting for my body to get rid of it on its own !! (Who does that after the trauma of a miscarriage)! Long story short I had to travel ... read more
