ESGC has been cleaning my office location for a few years now. The communication is flawless and when you find a particular cleaner you would prefer, they do their best to make that your regular cleaner at your request. Highly recommended for regular maintenance cleanings!!!
We had them come out three times. The first and last cleaning was, for lack of better word, fine. There were several things missed on the first cleaning and a handful of things that appeared glossed over (crumbs left on the couch, countertop not thoroughly cleaned). The second cleaning was pretty good and we felt the cleaning was adequate. Things in the home were broken on both the first and the last cleaning. The first cleaning our vacuum was broken.
