Called on 12/27 to make an appointment. They would not give me an appointment before April 2020. I’ll be dead or better by then. Sorry to impose on your golf game or whatever else you have to do besides carrying out your Hippocratic oath.
ZERO compassion...ZERO ! Dr.s.....you are operating on and working with humans,parents,children,LOVED one's....not numbers,from the receptionist to the physician's,it has been a horrible overall experience.
Dont know how to say you love your go doc but when.you have an issue this is the place to go
Dr. Ives is astounding with my mother! Recently diagnosed with a liver condition, she was lost with the medical terminology, the procedures, and medications. Thankfully, Dr. Ives was very thorough with my mother and myself. It is a terrible shame he's only in clinic 2 days a week! There's quite a waiting period for an appiintment, he is worth the wait.
Staff was kind and very knowledgeable Dr Coleman came highly recommended by a fellow Physician. He was caring , listened to my concerns and they. Quickly became resolved . I was well taken care of by a compassionate Physician. We need more Doctors like Dr. Coleman. Elizabeth J
