Dr. Deckard is very unprofessional.
Multiple scheduling and billing errors have occurred in my experience with this office. Most recently, I called to reschedule an allergy shot appointment, but the cancellation was not processed correctly across same-day appointments, resulting in a $100 no-show charge despite prior notice. This reflects a consistent issue with administrative attention to detail. While the medical staff are fine, the scheduling and billing process needs improvement to avoid charging patients for avoidable errors.
Terrible experience with JESSICA DAY-CHRZASZCZ! Very rude and unprofessional. Do not attempt to be treated or seen by her. Office is very dirty and she has no compassion for what she does!
Great staff great doctors
Dr. Deckard is outstanding. He seems kind and empathic and highly trained. As much as I dislike going to a doctor, I would go back and seem Dr. Deckard any day. As for the staff. Outstanding is an understatement!. they are wonderful. Getting an appointment is to hard due to how popular he seems to be. Clearly I was impressed!
