Went here for many years previous Dr retired. Did not like the next doctor. Trouble with appointments that were to be made and had no follow up. And trouble with billing dept. I did really like Dr Kelly and he really saved my health and worked with my other doctors to do so. So long thought much of this place.
These folks are wonderful ! My Doctor is genuinely concerned about my health and I appreciate the entire staff’s attention to detail !
Terrible customer service. Never seen registration paperwork to be filled out prior to appointment and then would not see my daughter because I didn’t have it ahead of time. I explained at length that my daughter was in severe pain and I was offered a reschedule in May….2 months away! Definitely not a good look…time to go across the bridge for sure
ENT & Allergy in Berlin is an efficiently run office. The Audio Rep, Monica is intelligent, friendly experienced and knows her job. Couldn't have had a more pleasant experience.
