I can't give 1 star because I've had a good experience with the providers I've seen. What made me decide to stop going is my appointment was pushed back without asking me because the provider was working in the Berlin office the day I was scheduled. Berlin is max 40 minutes from Salisbury, it's absurd to cancel an appointment without asking if someone is okay traveling. A month out from my now rescheduled appointment I receive a call that it will have to be pushed back again because the provider would not be there. I get tha... read more
Worst experience ever. Spent 4 days in the hospital. Release instructions said for me to see an ENT specialist within 1-2 weeks after release. That was almost impossible. Having secured an appointment with Eastern Shore ENT in Salisbury I met Dr Deckard. He was visibly upset that I was given an appointment so quickly and said as much. He wanted to know why I was there. I told him it was a required follow up and he said he never heard of such a thing. Also that I was trying to get clearance to have an endoscopy done.
