I've been seeing my GP at this surgery for at least 20 years. Last night an earache came on suddenly, so I was in excuriting pain & my ear is discharging, rang Eastern Shore Doctors this morning, guess what no appointments available to see not only my Dr but no doctors in the building was available. Very poor service so unless you know you might have a medical issue make an appointment every month just in case. Very very poor management by non medical staff. Careing, accomodating, empathetic,understanding. Seriously though...on DSP 20yr client. See every 2_4weeks$100 out of pocket. Im 61. Pay rent,a car ,specialists,cash surgeries,vet monthly....Disgusting. BULK BILL THE OLDIES WHO WORKED A LIFE TIME NEARLY.
Terrible experience by the reception staff. Desperately needed an appointment and I was told to go to another clinic because I hadn’t been there in 2 years. Very unprofessional and un compassionate.
Great practise although this year hasn’t been as good - the loccum Dr who now appears to be on staff - Dr David Moore under prescribed my daughter antibiotics and didn’t make me feel comfortable at all. Seeing Dr Baheir driving the business car whilst holding a mobile phone also hasn’t left me with much confidence in this practice. This is something that is definitely illegal.
