Been with this clinic for a month just about, and the only thing I found good about the place was I was able to join as a new patient. But there's been many things I've been pretty disappointed with. I had a blood test and ultrasound done. And the way they handle your results is horrendous. All you receive is a automated message to let you know that you don't need to see your doctor. I've been seeing my GP at this surgery for at least 20 years. Last night an earache came on suddenly, so I was in excuriting pain & my ear is discharging, rang Eastern Shore Doctors this morning, guess what no appointments available to see not only my Dr but no doctors in the building was available. Very poor service so unless you know you might have a medical issue make an appointment every month just in case. Very very poor management by non medical staff.

I have been a patient of Eastern shore doctors for 15 years along with my whole family. I phoned up as I have been sick for 5 weeks and thought I should finally get to bottom of my illness. I spoke to the receptionist who booked me in for an appointment in the morning after finding a cancellation. When I provided my details she found that because I haven’t been to the doctors for longer than 2 years that I was classified as no longer being a patient and they are no longer accepting new patients. The difficulty of finding and maintaining a professional and accessible General Practitioner is not an unknown fact in modern society. The changes in practice management such as the hours GPs are available, the ever increasing price and lack of time with patients, along with payment options has changed to the detriment of patients. Now, most practises demand bank details prior to a consultation.
