Dr. Orr is the best! It is apparent that she loves her job and really cares for children. Dr. Orr is very knowledgeable and has always talked me through any concerns I had to put my mind at ease, yet did not hesitate to refer us for therapy when my child started showing some delays. The nurse always returns my calls promptly and has gone above and beyond to help me.
Called to schedule appointment for two new patients (referred by my insurance company). These are two young boys that have just moved here from Montana. The young lady who answered the phone asked who my insurance provider is then transferred me to the voicemail of a nurse. I left a message and never received a call back. I called again later in the day and was told the Doctor was probably too busy or couldn't take the case.
