Super friendly service in the shop from Linda. She was helping with the samples and had Charlie visit me the next door. The product looks and feels amazing. Very happy with the service and the young man who put my carpet down. Thank you
Very happy with the end result
Be aware that the people who lay the carpets are all subcontractors and do not work for Carpet Court. So there may be variations depending on who does your job. We were mucked around badly by Steve (who should really retire for everyone’s sake) but luckily carpet court saved the day and managed to get us another guy (Nathan) to do our carpets and he did an excellent job! In hindsight I feel it was a blessing in disguise that Steve didn’t do our carpets. Thank you Nathan
I highly recommend everyone at Carpet Court Mornington. Charlie was extremely patient and helpful, giving sound advice and travelling to measure the area, and Steve was super professional and expert in laying the carpet: I am more than happy with the result. Thank you both!
