Prompt, Amazing Customer Service, Highly Recommend
Carpets looked clean while wet.. after it dried, all the stains came back. There was no effort into cleaning the carpets. Sprayed a solution and then went over it one time.

We recently decided to use Eastern Shore Carpet Care for cleaning our rental units carpets. The owner was the most friendly and professional person I’ve dealt with in a long time. He was able to get us on the schedule fairly quickly (within 2 weeks) and he did an absolutely amazing job and had our carpet looking almost brand new. As a locally owned business, the price was more than reasonable. Will definitely use them again in the future.
