Brought my grandson's car for service and in route my "coolant low" notice came on, I asked if they could check the levels and fill if necessary and without hesitation they looked and topped off the fluid for me. Oth my daughter and grandson bought their cars at Eastern Shore and are very happy with everything, they are a great bunch of people
My wife and I bought a 2016 Cadillac CTS from E S Motors and overall had a great experience. Excellent experience. In a pinch while out of town, they diagnosed and repaired the thermostat issue on my 2015 Tahoe quickly and at a fair price. Honest, straightforward, and easy to deal with. Definitely appreciate the service and would highly recommend them to others.
