Stay away. They’re just in it for the money. $55 service call to upgrade their own equipment because they’ve made the original equipment obsolete? No thanks.
When it was Eastern Security service was great. Since they we're bought out it takes a month to get a service call which is frustrating. They installed new wireless door sensors when we got new doors which keep failing after 2 months. I think it might be time for a change.
When it was owned by eastern they were good but under alarm new england they aren't anymore Long wait time to get to someone who will transfer you and services call was 55 dollars just for the visit Under eastern services calls were free to fix their equipment and anytime I called I got right to someone that could help
Terrible customer service experience. Had a conversation with him a couple of days ago about getting a quote for taking over a current security system at a commercial property. I followed up with Frank today to schedule and he just bluntly stated that he will not work with my company and hung up. If you don't want to service a property, just explain that you can't take on the client. It was very rude to just hang up.
My family has used Eastern Security since 1998. They have always been attentive to any questions/concerns and are a great company! Would definitely recommend!
