This is the absolute worst motel experience I have ever had. Do not let the images fool you in their advertisement. We booked this stay through Agoda, which is a joke of a company in itself, but I'll focus on Eastern Sands in this review. The advertisement of this place leads people to believe it is a nice, clean place to stay with a nice looking restaurant and updated exterior. That is far from the cesspit of a motel we arrived at. Excellent location. Rooms were large and relatively clean. Considering the low price for the night, it was a good deal. Plenty of parking and quiet rooms considering it is in the city centre. Customer service via phone was direct and to the point. Could Consider being a bit more friendly and relaxed. Excellent for a work trip.

I stayed at this Motel a week ago, wanted to put a review on Booking.com but had trouble doing so. It hs to be the worst place I have ever stayed at. It was absolutely filthy. The shower still had the previos person soap and obvoiusly not clean as it was still very wet. The toilet was a discgrace and when I showed the Manager he said he has only been there a week and did not know what to clean it wth. , The carpark was full of rubbish and dirty cotton buds.Bathroom sink still had toothpaste in it.
