Courteous and easy to use;,very well staffed so very quick visit for me!!
This site is not a friendly payment site. I am a company and have asked to set up account, send company checks with haulers, do credit card by phone and was rejected on all the above. So cash is king right! I had my outside hauler's bring cash and are told they can't pay with cash either. I even offered to put down a large deposit to have payments taken from that - nope! Only way to pay is credit card or debit card in hand or Apple pay. Very disappointed as a company trying to do business and work with them.
TTSD continues to underserve our community with fraudulent charges and sub par services. Latest scheme is CRV collection only mon-Fri 8am-2pm. Are you kidding me? This, people, is what happens when you privatize essential services.
