I had a great experience at eastern ranges prestige this week Glenn took a look at my defender and made some repairs, I’m always sceptical about using trades who I’m not familiar with but Glenn and Georgina were both extremely friendly and honest it felt like I had been using them for years , highly recommend anyone with a Landrover in the area to consider them I’ll definitely be back

Asked how much it would be at the start to fix a reverse light and potentially the backlash, I was told they didn’t know until it was inspected, then they charged me $387 for an inspection and didn’t do anything to fix the issues because they didn’t have the parts. No effort was made to follow up or get the parts. Gave them a second chance to do a service and aircon re-gas, and was charged $700 for labour, $1300 total. 2 stars cause they’re knowledgeable about land rovers and do the work well, but very poor communication and... read more

Needed a new steering box and power steering pump on my Disco 1 for a Roadworthy and had the oil changed as well. The work was done very well with all the major oil leaks now gone. Glenn was transparent about everything and answered all my questions as well as completing all the work in the timeframe he said. The car now drives a lot better which I’m happy about.
