Oh boy, where do I begin. Long time customer here of over 14 years. Now we have completely cut ties after multiple issues this week. We had to switch to heating oil (with Gel Guard, yeah okay) this year because they no longer sold Kerosene. Should’ve been my first red flag. This past weekend was super cold and we had our outside tank and line freeze up. We called at 8:30pm Sunday for an emergency call. Add my name to the list of customers who have stopped dong business with Eastern Oil. An awful company to deal with. The sell a service plan, but don't backup what they say they will cover when an issue arises. It cost me $1,000 to fix what they should have done. When I called them, all I heard were excuses and tech talk from them. They have not responded to my emails and letter.

Luke S. from Winchendon office performed a service on our 2 propane fireplaces. He was extremely courteous, professional and patient. We are first time users of propane fire places and he took the time to educate us and answer our many questions. We were very pleased with his technical knowledge and customer service skills. Just can't say enough about his skills and work ethics. Will definitely call again when it's time to get a service.
