I have been a customer for 9 years with no issues until it was bought out 2 years ago. I live on a bad road with a horrible driveway and I know this. Before the company changed over, the drivers were understanding and the company made arrangements to get propane to the house when the weather was cooperating, the bill was second and I could pay that when the weather was bad.
