I’d give them a zero . Bad business!!! This company decided to implement a charge if a customer doesn’t receive a required amount of gas in a year. I think it is 100 gal? They came in November filled my tank, but start their billing cycle in March. They never even attempted to deliver the 25 gallons they say I was short 4 months later. When I asked why, I was told “it was estimated you couldn’t take 25 gallons “. I asked how, but customer service just said, “I don’t know, that was back in March”. Ripping people off.
