Have to say that this company has the worst customer service I have ever experienced in my life. I asked to have propane delivered almost a month ago I and still no delivery. Told me yesterday they would be out to deliver and no one showed up. Called today and they did not even have a reason for not showing up. i have a Mom coming who has alzheimers who sleeps in this room and need fireplace to stay warm and they DONT EVEN CARE. Superior took over and ran into ground. They can't even confirm if or when they will deliver. Reports of running out of fuel with this supplier are common. Working on switching to someone else ASAP before we run out too. Update 2/12/26: The delivery that has been pending since the 3rd has now disappeared from my account. I suspect retaliation for this review. Still have not received any propane.
