Snowblower wouldn't work after he "fixed"it. Never again.
This place is awesome and has great employees who know what they are doing. I had some issues with my bad boy mower and they fixed it no problem.
Eastern and Steve are the best service and repairs. From my zero turn to my personal pace toro’s and my blower’s every piece of equipment I own everything works like new.
I recently rented a power rake and had a bad experience with the equipment and I thought that the proprietor Steve handled the situation poorly. I got the power rake home to find that while it ran OK except for the backfiring, the rake did not turn properly and the tines appeared to be off kilter. My wife and I (in our 60s and 70s) hoisted the machine into the SUV and we brought the machine back. We returned home and awhile later Steve called to say he had fixed the machine and back we went.
