Very friendly and knowledgeable sales associates. They run your pool water through the tester that is connected to a computer and print out the results to take home with you. The results tell you what your pool needs and they have the chemicals available to buy.
Responsive and professional service at a reasonable cost
Very poor service, not provided service I asked for, lied about quoted price, very rude when you try to talk to them about it, they won't listen to you at all, they dont care to keep their customers happy or take care of them. Also just show up when they want, I scheduled a time for a purpose, they just showed up hrs before the window of time they were supposed to.not a nice place to do buisness with go somewhere else.
Great crew! They can do anything and will always help when things get done in a timely manner! Very knowledgeable. Will always recommend Eastern when I need anything with my pool
Had a great experience. Technicians were very knowledgeable and did a great job getting my pool opened for the season.
