Dave McKenzie of Eastern Plumbing is not someone I would recommend for plumbing services. Last year we renovated our kitchen and hired him to do the work. In the kitchen while working on the sink, he laid his plumbers torch on the new quartz countertop and left a burn mark that cannot be repaired. His assistant, Arvin, installed the dishwasher incorrectly and it leaked all over the new floors. Eastern was quick to respond when I called for assistance and even on a weekend. Even when he had the probably essentially solved and could have left, he continued working with it until it was to his standards and expectations. I would not hesitate to call next time I need his services and his pricing was fair and reasonable. You can't ask for anything more than that.
