Waited 45 minutes past appointment time for EMG to be seen. Once in Dr answered his phone twice during procedure including leaving room for 10 minutes while I was laying on table
Arrived at office 20 minutes ago to get patient records after phone calls requesting the information were not returned. Front desk not manned and phones are not being answered. Clerk arrived after 45 minutes with no explanation about the absence. Are there negative stars available for this office?
