I’m not a patient but have watched patients that I’m very close with call for a week trying to get a call back while they suffer in pain. The office says they will call back within 24 hours but that’s a joke. The Dr may be good and nice but the people working for him are very incompetent and don’t care about the patient. Letting them suffer because you don’t call them back to try and help them is unacceptable. Such a sad place to have to deal with.
