I had sacroiliac joint pain that had built up over years from a few different sports injuries. Chloe’s gentle approach peeled away layers of compensatory muscle tightness and pains. My pain only rarely comes up now and usually it is when I haven’t exercised and am deconditioned. Chloe has a gentle approach.
