Company was called Monday AM when we had a flood, the staff member came out to the home for 5 mins, would not do even a moisture test as I asked for that due to insurance letting me know that was needed. He said oh we don’t need that and left. Then contacted the owner the next day and let her know they needed to come back out as the inspector cannot do his part until mitigation is completed.
