I’d put zero stars, but it won’t let me. The receptionist with the blanket on, rudely shut the window on my husband instead of giving him paperwork to start filling out. Rubbing the sleep Out of her eyes. There was no one else waiting but us. And the whole place smelled Like weed. Heading to Mercy instead.
Really nice doctors and nurses. Receptionists was absolutely rude for no reason rolling her eyes in front of me because I wanted to get check in with my two small kids.
I saw Karen Williams. My entire family had strep & I presented with symptoms. She told me that “adults cannot get strep” and upon examination, said that I shouldn’t worry because I “don’t have tonsils anyway”. I do, in fact, have tonsils. I left with no treatment & went straight to Baptist urgent care in fort smith. I was swabbed & tested positive for strep & sent home with antibiotics. I paid my $35 copay + $16.53 bill for this visit & ended up having to do it all over again at another clinic just to get the treatment I nee... read more
Horrible front desk workers and service go to the one right next to them they have great staff and doctors and is how a Clinic should be ran
