I saw Karen Williams. My entire family had strep & I presented with symptoms. She told me that “adults cannot get strep” and upon examination, said that I shouldn’t worry because I “don’t have tonsils anyway”. I do, in fact, have tonsils. I left with no treatment & went straight to Baptist urgent care in fort smith. I was swabbed & tested positive for strep & sent home with antibiotics. I paid my $35 copay + $16.53 bill for this visit & ended up having to do it all over again at another clinic just to get the treatment I nee... read more
Horrible front desk workers and service go to the one right next to them they have great staff and doctors and is how a Clinic should be ran
Didn't address my concerns the first time, came back two weeks later because I can never get a call back from my pcp and I was told I need to quit coming in and just go to my pcp even though I couldn't get in with them. That's what the walk in is for. The nurses and front desk were nice but other than that, I was treated like I shouldn't have been there.

Misleading advertising. I was in serious pain, but they closed earlier than their posted hours. Very disappointing. Not recommended!
