Takes an hour to get discharge papers
I went into the ER with a suspicion that something wasn’t right. I was completely dismissed and Dr was discussing discharge care in the same conversation. I waited two hours for someone to walk in and ask for a UA I had already given. Nothing on doing anything for bloodwork. The cow bell for a room call that no one listens to is absolutely ridiculous. We received emergency care here for my autistic and intellectually disabled son after a copperhead snake bit him on the hand. Every staff member from the janitor to the doctors treated us kindly, promptly, and with respect. They were exceptionally caring and patient with my son who was very scared of needles and IVs. He received anti-venom and pain meds quickly and is making a fast recovery thanks to them.
