I absolutely LOVE Dr Hites!! Herself, the nurses, and the woman who works the front desk are all wonderful. They are all very helpful, respectful, and thoughtful in answering any/all questions I have. I was being seen by her during my pregnancy and now she is the best pediatrician for my baby that I ever could have asked for.
Staff was easy to work with and very polite and professional. Autumn was great was very detailed and I feel like I received great care. Super convenient location and service. Will be going here for any future issues.

The nurse practitioner who saw me was less than cordial and very terse in how she addressed and handled me, as if she was having a bad day or predisposed to acting the way she did towards me. Moreover, she provided minimal diagnoses and information when conducting herself. I had to ask most of what she should of already stated herself. Very disappointing and I will be going to other walk-in clinics in the future.
