Really great. Mike’s the best. Got me on the road same day. Great prices.
I had a great experience at Kal Tire. The customer service from Mike (technician) was top-notch, and Rob (Manager) was incredibly friendly and welcoming. The waiting area is also extremely clean and well-maintained. Highly recommend this location!
I’d give zero starts if I could. Manager Rob, decent fellow, assistant manager Katie should not be working is customer service. She is argumentative, condescending and just plain rude. Have had great luck at other Kaltire locations in B.C. and Alberta but assistant manager Katie, she’s going to ruin your business reputation. Won’t go back as long as she works there.
It's refreshing to deal with a company that not only cares, but also exceeds your expectations. Recently we had a new battery installed. A special Thank you to Rob, who was caring, knowledgeable and went above and beyond for us. We'll be back in the spring for new tires. PS. Bonus that you get a discount for being a CAA member!
