I do much of my own auto work, but I recently had an MVI completed. I was impressed that the technician caught something I missed and diagnosed it effectively. I was raised by my father to distrust repair shops, but I have never had a problem with Kal tire or its previous iteration, OK Tire. Fair inspections and quality work done on every visit. I highly suggest them.

Complete waste of time! I dropped off my car for a winter tire change, and two hours later they called to say they wouldn’t touch it because I have wheel spacers. They claimed it’s “illegal,” yet there’s no law in New Brunswick that says that. If this is their policy, they should tell customers before booking not after the car has been sitting there for hours. I even offered to remove the spacers and by the time they changing the tires ill bring them the bolt they needed, and they still refused, saying they “didn’t have time... read more

Basically not operational yet. Plastic still on chairs, wires hanging from the ceiling. Didn’t even get a “hello” when I came inside. “Katie” seemed a bit frustrated with me when I stated that I would like my new tires studded as they only have 2 stud guns and 1 is broken (already?) Told me I should have called in advance - I had made my appointment online and did not have the option to state that my tires needed studded. Wont be back.

Kal tire vehicle seen speeding on the highway between Norton- Quispamsis on October 14th at 12:07pm. As this is my only interaction with the company it is an unfortunate first impression and I hope that they can find legal and safe ways to represent the company within the local communities.
