I have been a patient of the UNC network for many years and have had multiple specialists. This office is by far the worst UNC practice; it’s UNC purgatory. I have been passed around from doctor to doctor. I saw my initial doctor once before he quit without anyone notifying me. The front desk staff is unprofessional and nasty to elderly disabled patients without any consequences whatsoever. So far everyone is VERY pleasant, and the waite times is VERY reasonable.
Terrible place since Dr Nick left. I now have Dr Pham and he doesn’t even check anything. No blood test, no imaging, and didn’t even listen to my heart/lungs, and I just had a collapsed right lung. After a very rushed visit Dr Pham said my medical issues are “too complicated for me” and referred me to multiple places over an hour away. They also released my medical information without authorization and said “it was just a mistake”. I will be changing primary care providers. DO NOT GO HERE.
No one answers the phone and IF they do they put you back on hold or hang up, can't answer basic questions or seem to help you in any way
