No one answers the phone and IF they do they put you back on hold or hang up, can't answer basic questions or seem to help you in any way
Can't keep doctor's! What does that tell you
So Dr. Emanuel is leaving and I'm guessing that's the reason for ignoring tonsillitis. My kid has tonsils the size of golf balls with white spots on them now and ear pain. I was told to come in for a strep swab and She never came in to examine her, never even walked in the door. I mean when you have a patient with white spots on their tonsils, can't swallow without pain, but we're told just use otc that it doesn't "require" medicine. If you're in need of a good medical practice look elsewhere. This place is all about $$$$ and how to keep you having to come back. Been in a medicine since 2010 and I have to have the pharmacy request refills every month. I could understand if it was a opioid or something but it's not; it is a simple medicine for hypertension. In the last year I have had to go without multiple times. My whole family goes here and it's getting to the point that I worry about there medical care. If anyone has any issues with my review, please read the others on this page; other people are having the same issues and nothing is being done. I have no idea how this practice stays in business. Went in to do blood work on June 24th for what I thought was to get my A1C results because it was at 11 back in March 2022. Called Dr Emmanuel's nurse Haley and told her this was the 2nd time they had drawn blood without giving me an A1C result. She stated it was HUMAN ERROR.
