This is my third home in Frederick, I don't think I will work with this company. On the day of closing, I had a contractor who contracted with this company to assist me in closing. Clearly she had an attitude problem. Not a smile on the face. Her messaging around receiving a check for taxes prepaid was totally inaccurate. I called up the the title agency today and spoke to another lady who had an overflowing attitude as well. Hopefully someone within the organization teach these people some grace.
