It really takes a lot for us to leave a negative feedback. However, would that being said, the quality of service is simply just not there. There is no person ability and when you call you feel like you're talking to robots not human beings. It almost seems like they're reading from a script when you call.

We had a home owners policy with Eastern Insurance for decades. After our very first minor claim due to a bad storm, this company cancelled our policy. Shame on you Eastern. I provide you with thousands of dollars over the decades and you reject us based on a few hundred dollars of damage. Be honest and fair with your policies! I would never use this company again.
