Good stuff friendly
First time in an EMS, and though they didn't quite have the item I was looking for, Ed (store manager?) was fantastic. He greeted us when we walked in, was very well-informed, and was extremely helpful even after knowing EMS didn't carry what I needed. Fantastic experience, and will definitely be back in the future.
Kept hanging up on me
Great employees who know when to ask if you need something. Clean and great selection of outdoors equipment. My one stop for out-of-country treks. Prices could be better, but the quality of product is hard to find elsewhere.
