I did not have a good experience with this company at all. I was a first-time homebuyer, which they knew. This was a conventional loan with 20% down. I was pre-approved. The house was empty. The seller was motivated. There was NOTHING complicated about this loan. I had a closing date set and was never told that it might be in jeopardy.
