I understand why people wouldn’t want to take the first step and go in for help. I go in to get some information for a loved one, and the lack of help in understanding the process, the condescending tone and lack of empathy is just flat out disgusting. The woman that helped me and handed me the intake papers was very pleasant over the phone and in person but the lady that just sat behind her desk and was snappy in her replies needs a new job.
