Dr. Michelle has counseled with me over a year now. She has been very helpful with getting me to open up about my feelings and past experiences good and bad. She has shared with me her personal experiences, advice, coping mechanisms, suggestions, and most importantly, that I am worth being loved, appreciated, respected, and not rejected.
