Georgia D from EDVOS/FVREE - untrustworthy - unsympathetic - uncaring -unhelpful Don't listen to their privacy disclosure statement at the start as they will change it to suit themselves. I wish that I was NEVER referred for case management.
Why is EDVOS even in existence? They dont help women who are trying to escape a DV situation, or trying to rebuild their lives. IF you manage to even have a phone call returned, it always seems to be a different person. There is zero scope to build any type of trusting relationship with staff there. The staff clearly do NOT understand the BASIC rules of trauma informed care; as they certainly do not include their client in any of the decision making, they dont actually hear what a client says they need the most help with, in... read more
