My experience with National Funeral Home and King David cemetery was by far the best. The entire staff was professional, responsive, and extremely kind. The entire experience exceeded my expectations. I primarily worked with Joyce Howard and Lee Cohn and can’t say enough about their detail to the entire process, it was flawless. Obviously, this is a very emotional time and their services guided me through the burial of my husband, every step of the way. I felt closure after the funeral.

Even before everything was finalized on paper, the care and attention that were provided was exceptional. The services were amazing and everyone that was there admired the memory table that was put together for our loved one. It told his story and if you did not know him, you would have felt as if you did just through the memory table. If I could give ZERO STARS I WOULD!!! I hate how they do the cleaning without notifying us!! Seriously we had stuff around our loved ones that were irreplaceable and they toss it out like it’s garbage. I swear to god if I can change my loved ones location I would. When I called them about the issue the women said “oh god” with a tone interrupting me! like she knew what i was going to say and had no remorse saying that it’s cleaning day. The staff was courteous and thoughtful thru initial meeting to the memorial service. They made a tough situation easy for the family to focus on the important aspects of the memorial service.
