Was misled. We were offered a private viewing for just one family member at no charge vs. the private moment for multiple family members and 15 minutes. Was then actually charged the $900+ for this after it was confirmed we would not be charged. More importantly, after three e-mails to the service coordinator inquiring on the charge they still have not responded after a few months. When I called in, I was placed on hold indefinitely like it was comcast.
The death of a loved one is obviously a very difficult time, and also a very confusing time in terms of dealing with all the details that need to be resolved. Working with the National Funeral Home & Memorial Park (NFHMP) made the funeral arrangements very easy and everything was done perfectly and with great tact. This is to recognize the help supplied to me by Angel Martinez, Grounds Maintenance Specialist at King David Cemetery in Falls Church, Virginia. On April 14, 2026, I was unable to find my wife’s grave, last visited at the unveiling in July 2024. I knew the block, the direction but was without success. I noticed Angel across the road, went to him for assistance. He called the office and walked me to the sought location. He is a credit to the Cemetery’s Staff. Thank you

My mom was called home by Jesus in Feb, and it was the hardest time for me and my family. We work with Celsi directly and she gave her best assistance to us, response and/or answer our questions fast. Celsi collaborated with us directly with her sincere care and empathy making it easier for us. She understood our heartbreak, our need to give the best for our mom and our cultures.
