This is the second funeral that I've had there. The first one was 10 stars. This current experience has been the worst experience of my life. In the past I could say I would recommend but as it stands now, if I could give zero stars I would. There was absolutely no communication after the initial appointment. I was the one that had to reach out for information regarding funeral arrangements, when my mother was going to be cremated and now, I find out that the wrong urn was ordered.
The preparation process with Kira was exceptional. Were disappointed at the grave site when they lowered her into the ground. We felt that was inappropriate with so many at site. Generally there is time for guests to go to reception.
The experience was easy. The Funeral Director was knowledgeable and appeared to have relevant experience vis-a-vis my families needs. He didn’t try to upsell me.
