From the get-go the process was stress free. First of all my experience with EMR reinforced my belief that you cannot possibly get anything like an accurate quote from those roofing companies that say "no visit necessary we do it by satellite". One of the worst services I’ve used. The roof was not installed properly. Water leakage became a constant issue. They didn’t follow agreed timeline. Staff behavior was unprofessional. No warranty support provided. Left debris all over the site. Felt ignored after complaints. Would never hire again

Very poor roofing construction service. The work quality was extremely disappointing. Materials used seemed cheap and unreliable. There were visible leaks within days. The team lacked professionalism and skill. Deadlines were not followed at all. Customer service was unresponsive and careless. Would not recommend this service to anyone.
