Dan was amazing. Communication was great from the initial quote, dealing with all my questions and the reminders of when he was going to be here. He was incredibly polite, listened to more of my questions and was seemingly happy to explain what he was up to when I asked every 20 mins. He upgraded our absolute mess of a switchboard with care and patience - rather than rushing to get out of here. It’s super tidy inside and out.
