Receptionist did not share my availability with the doctor. I was unable to respond to the call, because as I told the receptionist, I was not available at that time. I called back to let them know. Unfortunately the receptionist hung up immediately. He did not let me finish speaking. All I was trying to say is that I missed the call but of course I was unable to.
Pretty disappointed with this clinic. I’ve been coming here for a while and the doctors have always been great with my son and that’s why I kept coming back. Today my son was getting upset, so we left before I remembered to ask for a carer’s certificate. I called later and a different doctor told me I’d have to pay for a telehealth appointment with her just to get it. Seriously? That’s just ridiculous. The doctor is not the issue, it's the reception. I called to make an appointment and was told the doctor would call me the next day, the following day I waited for a long time and then called only to be told there was never a scheduled appointment. Another time I had a a receptionist hang up, they all act like people are a inconvenience.
