Gentlemen came to do my scheduled maintenance now the system doesn't work. No air conditioning, doesn't make sense. Broken and very hot.
Technician, prompt and explained detail what repairs where done. System so far seems to be operating a lot better. Always provides useful suggestions and information.
6/10/2025- Our service tech was very helpful & took the time to explain what he (Otrell Evans) was doing & identifying a problem that could have been larger issue. 1/24/2025- Two in One Again, my mother had issues that occurred at the same time. It started with the hot water heater going out due to a frozen pipe. While waiting for the pipe to unthaw we noticed that the HVAC was not heating properly.
