Staff are rude would not give me access to a bathroom after colon prep place is dirty STAY AWAY.
I had a very negative experience - I was scheduled for surgery here in November 2024 and after having made extensive plans (scheduling medical leave from work, cancelling a Thanksgiving visit, etc), I was told with only 1 week of notice that my surgery was cancelled because they had just announced that they would no longer accept my insurance (MassGeneral Brigham) as of Nov 1st. Apparently other insurance plans were also similarly affected. I understand that medical providers have to make business decisions, but the failure ... read more
