Polite and professional from checking in to checking out, All staff was very thorough by explaining anything that was needed and introducing themselves . Very Professional setting for my surgery.
My experience at Eastern Massachusetts Surgery Center and Norwood MA was wonderful. The doctors and nurses did a great job. The reports explained everything to me after the procedure. Also, the doctor sent a letter explaining in more detail the results of my endoscopy.
