I have been going to Eastern Market for years and have memories of going when I was a child as well. I absolutely love all seasons at the Eastern Market. It is easily my favorite farmers market around with great selections of fruits, veggies, plants and other unique and tasty foods. I always look forward to my Saturday mornings in Detroit because of the market. A city gem!
Excellent artisan foods, like sourdough breads and raw cheeses, heritage pork, fresh organic milk and a good amount of organic produce from right here in Michigan from our own beloved farmers.

Eastern Market is a slice of all the great things about metro Detroit. History, vivid sites and sounds, great products, and cool architecture. Plus lots and lots of wonderful people watching and some funky graffiti art.
